Wild Garlic Table is a food experience. Pauline provides a high quality personal service using fresh simple and local  ingredients. She also offers personal cheffing, cookery classes and bespoke catering. Simple locally sourced food provide excellent ingredients and are used throughout all food experiences.

Her cookery classes take place in The Bank, Ramelton, Co. Donegal. The class covers a  glass of  champagne on arrival,  a booklet of recipes, some  hands on and a meal of the food demonstrated and of course loads of tips.
Cooking classes are a lovely way to have a night out with friends in a fun and relaxed environment.
